At SeaSucker Down Under we stand behind our products as our goal is to have as many customers as true fans of our products and services.

That’s why we offer our customers a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" on the cost of the product only. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return it to us within 30 Days and receive a refund on the item cost only. This should give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

To initiate a return submit an email with the heading "Request for Exchange or Refund". Include the following in the body of the email. 

  • A copy of your invoice, alternatively we will accept the submission of your Invoice Number in order to verify your purchase.
  • Please include the reason why you have chosen to initiate a return or refund. 
  • Submit your email to: sales@seasucker.com.au 

Please ensure all packaging is kept as we do require the goods to be returned in the same brand new condition as you received them. This includes all accessories and product manuals. Please ensure the product you are returning has not been damaged in any way during the time it was in your possession. All costs associated with returning an item to sell-able condition will be deducted from the the refund. 

Please Note: Our "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" does not include the cost of postage in your initial order.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All refunds will be returned via the nominated payment method used upon the initial purchase. We will confirm via email when we have initiated the refund.

We will ask why you are returning the product however this is to help us better understand our customers and how we could improve our products and services. Furthermore we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The cost of returning the product is your cost. The goods will remain your responsibility during transit until such time that they arrive at the designated address provided by our staff. We accept no liability for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
