All purchases in our store over $200 will be shipped free of any local shipping charge. This policy applies to Australian based customers only. Our shipping policy is applied after any discount rules or coupon codes. We ship our goods to the following countries:

- United Arab Emirates
- Australia - We use Star Track Express to ship goods anywhere in Australia. When you proceed to checkout our website provides shipping costs in real-time along with estimated delivery dates where possible. We do accept Post Office Boxes as a valid shipping address although if selected we will send your goods using Australia Post with "Signature on Delivery"
- All other countries - We use FedEx International & Australia Post registered parcel service with "Signature on Delivery". This service is also integrated with our website and provides real-time shipping quotes based on the goods selected.
Please Note: As customs duties and taxes vary for each country it is impossible for our online system to factor this in when placing your order. Therefore our shipping calculator does not include any local taxes and duties that may be applied by Customs in the destinations country. In closing all custom duties and taxes have been excluded form your order and are the responsibility of the customer to pay when ordering goods through our online store.
Shipping Refunds (Domestic & International) - If s refund is issued by the courier due to a failed delivery or failure to deliver within Guaranteed Timelines (where applicable) SeaSucker Down Under will pass on this refund proportional to the refund received.
We use Signifyd, the world's leading online fraud detection system. Signifyd is directly integrated with our website and analyses every transaction prior to shipping, giving us and our customers’ peace of mind. With international orders there may be a delay of no more than one working day prior to dispatch, this is to allow Signifyd time to complete the transactional analyses. In reality this process takes between 2 to 6 hours.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
